Use Of Your Personal Data

YOU AGREE that Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd, Wyeth Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Limited, CPW Singapore (Pte) Ltd and their related corporations, affiliated corporations and business units and service providers (collectively "we", "our" or "us") may collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes: to provide you with products and services; consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes; to verify if you qualify for our membership, promotion or contest which you may participate in from time to time; and to provide you with benefits of our membership, promotion or contest which you may participate in from time to time.

We may share your personal data between ourselves for administrative purposes, and with third parties supporting our administrative and business functions. In some cases, this may involve the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of your personal data out of Singapore. We may also share your personal data with third parties to carry out cross-promotion and targeted advertising.

Membership Eligibility

* the Illuma 3 formula milk (900g) must be a product imported by Wyeth Nutrition Pte Ltd. All receipts must be machine printed, with date of purchase, name and price of product clearly shown (“Eligible Receipts”). Submissions for online purchases may not require a machine printed receipt but must include both proof of purchase via the official invoice and proof of delivery.

Welcome Gifts
  1. Individuals who fulfil all of the following conditions are eligible to join Club illume as a member:

    1. Parents with children above 1 year of age, who have submitted a valid receipt from participating retailers (Lazada Singapore – illuma® Official Store, Redmart Singapore, Mothercare Singapore – Paragon store), for the purchase of illuma® 3 formula milk (900g)* (“Participating Product”).

    2. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore with a valid Singapore contact number and address

    3. In order to enjoy the full member privileges under Club illume, all members must have given his/her consent to receive promotional and marketing materials from Wyeth Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Limited including via telephone calls and text messaging, for products or promotional updates.

    Each household is only entitled to one membership under Club illume i.e. only one sign up is allowed between the Parent, regardless of the number of children. The Club Participating Product excludes all starter and follow-on formula for 0-12 months. Expectant parents and parents with babies 0-12 months are not eligible to join the Club illume membership unless the Parent also has a child above 1 year of age and fulfills the above criteria.

  2. Individuals can apply for the Club illume membership at https://www.clubillume.com.sg/. Membership will only be confirmed once a valid receipt of purchase is submitted for verification purpose. Only purchases made within one month of the submission, according to the date of the receipt intended for submission, will be considered. Interested individuals must cooperate with the verification process to the full satisfaction of Wyeth Nutrition (Singapore).

  3. Once the individual’s eligibility status is confirmed, the Club illume membership account will be administered and members will be able to view their membership status online as a Club illume Member (the “Club illume Membership Account”). Please allow at least 3 working days for us to process your membership. Any delay by you in the submission of the relevant documents for verification may inevitably delay the process of your account opening.

  4. As a Club illume Member, you will automatically be enrolled in the Club illume Points Reward System where you are entitled to gain Illume Points from the purchase of the Participating Product. Eligible Receipts must be submitted on to your Illume Club Membership Account (at https://www.clubillume.com.sg/) within one month of your purchase(s), according to the date of the receipt(s) intended for submission.

  5. We reserve the rights to reject any receipt that are in our sole discretion, deemed to be late, illegible, incomplete or tampered with.

  6. For every $1 spent on the Participating Product, Club illume Members will be entitled to 1 illume Point. illume Points are calculated based on net purchases and rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g. for $78.90 spent on the Participating Product, 78 points will be credited).

  7. illume Points are calculated based on each separate receipt submitted as opposed to the total amount added if multiple receipts are submitted at the same time (Eg. If 2 separate receipts each reflecting $78.90 are submitted at the same time, the total illume Points credited will be 78 points + 78 points = 156 points and not 157 points ($78.90 + $78.90 = $157.80 to claim 157 points).

  8. The effective commencement date for Club illume is 23 September 2019. Only receipts dating after 23 September 2019 will be considered for the Club illume Points Reward System.

  9. Club illume Members can check their illume Points balance and membership status by logging in to their Club illume Membership Account on https://www.clubillume.com.sg/ or call 1800 6-ILLUMA. Please allow at least 3 working days for us to process your illume Points following the submission of your receipt

  10. illume Points are non-transferable.

  11. As a Club illume Member, you will receive the following benefits:

    1. A welcome gift upon confirmation of your Club illume Membership

    2. Access to our nutritional consultants who will address your nutritional queries regarding the Participating Product

    3. Receive notifications regarding any promotions for the Participating Product.

  12. By submitting the receipts for the purchase of the Participating Products on a regular basis, you may qualify to be upgraded from the Club illume Membership to a Club illume Solitaire Membership which will entitle you to additional benefits.

  13. Accumulate a minimum of 1800 illume Points within a consecutive period of 6 months in order to be upgraded to a Solitaire Membership status for a 6 months period.

  14. To maintain the Solitaire Membership status after the 6 months period, Club illume Solitaire Members must continue to accumulate a minimum of 1800 illume Points every subsequent blocks of 6 months. Failure to do so will result in the expiry of the Club illume Solitaire Membership. Club illume Solitaire Member status will revert to the Club illume Membership upon expiry.

  15. Regardless of additional spend above minimum qualifying points within the 6 months of the Club illume Solitaire membership, the status is only awarded for a maximum of 6 months. The points considered for maintenance of the membership is from the date of award of the Club iIlume Solitaire Membership Status (or subsequent dates of renewal or restoration of the Membership Status) as illustrated below.

  16. Upon expiry of Solitaire membership, calculation of upgrade eligibility will be based on past 6 months spend. Accumulate minimum qualifying points over a 6 month period to regain Solitaire membership.

  17. A Welcome gift will be sent to each member who join first Club illume and when Club illume Members are awarded the Club illume Solitaire status for the first time. Club illume Members are only entitled to one Welcome gift as a Club illume Member and a Club illume Solitaire Member, per household. Each member will not receive a new gift every time their membership status fluctuates between Club illume Membership and Club illume Solitaire Membership.

  18. In the event of any personalized gifts, such gifts are made according to the name provided during registration and cannot be changed.

  19. Wyeth Nutrition Pte Ltd may, without notice, and at its sole discretion, and at any time

    Wyeth Nutrition Pte Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to this Club illume membership will be final, binding and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entertained.

    1. Amend the terms of or cancel/postpone/interrupt this membership or any benefits herein; or

    2. Substitute or cancel any rewards, benefits, gifts or redemption item.

  20. All rewards, benefits, gifts or redemption item awarded to the Club illume Member is on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible. All rewards, benefits, gifts or redemption item awarded to the Club illume Member is non-exchangeable for cash or any other items. Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with such rewards, benefits, gifts or redemption item or under this membership is the property of the respective owners.

  21. To extent permitted by law, Wyeth Nutrition will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person or her foetus arising out of or in connection with this membership and/or any benefits pursuant to the membership, and each participant of this membership/promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify Wyeth Nutrition from any claims, losses, liability, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith, including but not limited to, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft. This membership and form are governed by Singapore law, and participants shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
